A parent or guardian must create or sign in to the family account before any wrestler participates. The guided setup saves progress and presents one next action at a time.
REQUIRED WAIVER
Review and sign the current waiver for that wrestler before stepping on the mat.
PRACTICE DATE
Choose a Tuesday or Thursday. After submitting, you may attend without waiting for approval.
SCHEDULE EXCEPTIONS
Check any cancellation, holiday closure, or schedule change before choosing your visit date.

Who can attend?
Grades 1–8, boys and girls, all schools.
Does my child need experience?
No. New wrestlers are welcome.
What should they wear?
Athletic clothes without metal, clean sneakers or wrestling shoes, and bring water.
Do we book every practice?
No. Complete the guided family-account setup before the first free visit. After that, members do not need to book ongoing practices. Email or call only if you have questions.
